Great Shakes, Palm Springs

You might have guessed by the name of this place, but Great Shakes is home to well...some pretty great milkshakes. We stopped here while we were in Palm Springs for the night on our way to Joshua Tree National Park. Great Shakes has some of the most over the top milkshakes you could dream of, with shakes that blend together ingredients like hot fudge, honey, lavender, and more...not to mention the ice cream base! They're very well known for their date shake, but I opted for my go-to of Oreo hot fudge, while Becca got the S'mores shake. And as if the milkshake itself weren't enough, they added a donut on the straw, and an Oreo as a topper! I would highly recommend this shop if you find yourself in Palm Springs. Grab a tasty milkshake, and walk around in the blazing heat of the day sipping on a cool taste of ice cream bliss.
